Key Responsibilities
- Own operational strategy and execution cadence
- Drive organization-wide SLA governance and service quality
- Align departments on quarterly KPIs and delivery goals
- Lead process excellence, automation, and performance management
- Coordinate with executive leadership on scaling priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in operations leadership, including 4+ years in senior executive roles
- Strong background in service delivery and performance systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational leadership
- Data-driven mindset with strong financial and operational acumen
Nice to Have
- Experience in hosting, SaaS, telecom, or managed services
- Exposure to ISO/ITIL-aligned process environments
- MBA or equivalent executive management credentials
