Key Responsibilities
- Manage board and committee meetings, resolutions, and records
- Ensure statutory and regulatory filing compliance
- Maintain governance frameworks and policy records
- Coordinate with legal advisors and regulators
Qualifications
- Qualified company secretary or equivalent legal/governance credential
- Strong understanding of corporate law and compliance
- 5+ years in governance and secretarial operations
